Who is Grow with Me for?
Grow with Me is designed for facialists and practitioners who want to develop their facial massage techniques, build confidence and connect with others in the industry. It combines practical learning with guidance on growing your business.
What does my membership include?
Both membership options include facial massage video lessons, new lessons every month, guest educators and coaches, live educational webinars, and access to the community and Ask Hadda.
What is the difference between the two membership plans?
The flexible membership costs £65 per month, with no minimum commitment. It renews monthly until you cancel.
The 12-month membership costs £52 per month, saving 20% compared with the flexible plan. You commit to 12 monthly payments, totalling £624.
Both plans offer the same membership benefits. The difference is the price and length of commitment.
How are payments collected?
Your first payment is taken when you join. Subsequent payments are collected automatically each month using your chosen payment method. You can view your upcoming payment date in “My Subscription” within the Members Area.
How do I access the Members Area?
After joining, log in to your account using the email address you used at checkout. You’ll be taken directly to the Members Area.
If you haven’t created an account yet, create one using that same email address so your account can be linked to your membership.
Can I learn at my own pace?
Yes. You can work through the video lessons at your own pace while your membership access is active. Live webinars take place at scheduled times, with details shared through the Academy.
Can I ask Hadda questions?
Yes. Through Ask Hadda, you can submit questions and connect with Hadda as part of the membership community. This is a shared learning space rather than a private, one-to-one consultation service.
Can I cancel the flexible membership anytime?
Yes. The £65 flexible membership has no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next payment is collected to avoid another monthly charge.
Your access continues until the end of your current paid period. After that, your membership access ends and no further payments will be taken.
Can I cancel the discounted 12-month membership early?
The £52 discounted membership has a 12-month commitment. Paying monthly spreads the cost across 12 instalments; it does not make this a cancel-anytime plan.
Outside any applicable statutory cancellation rights or an agreed early termination, the remaining payments are still due even if you stop using the platform. If your circumstances change, please contact us to discuss your membership.
How do I manage or cancel my membership?
Log in to your account and select “My Subscription” in the Members Area to view your subscription and payment details and the available management options.
If you need help or cannot complete a cancellation request online, contact us through the Contact Us page.
Can I change my mind after joining?
If you purchase as a consumer, you may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right. Special rules apply to digital content if you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your cancellation right for that content will be lost once supply begins.
Your applicable cancellation rights are explained in our Membership Terms. Nothing in those terms limits your statutory rights.
Will I keep access after my membership ends?
Access to the Academy’s membership content and community ends when your membership access expires. Membership does not provide lifetime access to the video library.
Can I share my account or course materials?
Your membership is for your personal use. Please do not share your login details, redistribute videos or course materials, or reproduce them for teaching or commercial use without written permission.
Does membership guarantee professional or business results?
The Academy provides education and professional development. Your results depend on your experience, practice and how you apply what you learn.
Membership does not guarantee particular treatment outcomes, income or business results. You remain responsible for working within your qualifications, insurance and professional obligations.
What if I have trouble accessing my courses?
First, check that you are logged in using the same email address you used at checkout. If your courses still do not appear, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and account email address so we can help.
